And that's coming with rain and weather and $tuff.... no thanks. I'd spend on a lesser place, and have more guitars. Probably. Maybe... I'm not sure.....

Seriously, if the allure is the guitar shape, then why wasn't the home designed to be on it's side so that the shape could be seen from anyone on the ground, rather than only from above, by persons flying over it?
I have no idea what home prices are wherever this property is located, but paying a premium for a design that can only be appreciated by those who happen to fly over it seems silly to me.

Yeah.
Maybe the owner will set up a lemonade stand at the end of the driveway, and rent drones to strangers so they can fly them over his guitar house to see what it looks like from the air.
The proceeds can go against paying off the mortgage.
