I really have to reach out to Aaron again. He was very proud of the Mutron. If only Al had a full tank of gas (or was a better pilot), what would have been...

Since there was only one prototype built and it appears Mike still has it, sadly no.
I'm going to go build one by hand just so I can say I have one. Let's see, I've got some cardboard and a hot glue gun...

After hearing some of the bi-phase examples I had to do a search, and, sure enough, Zappa was a fan. I knew I’d heard that sound from him!

Very enlightening! I love these backstories.
Use your 3-D printer!
That's what I was going to suggest. Or maybe you can build one in Minecraft first, and then zoink it into the real world.

No, there were six prototypes built in 1972 apperently! Mike Beigel owned 5 of them and one was sold by Guild in the 90ies. The below 2 pictures were from an ebay auction in the past, it was #5 of the 6.

Actually Mike had a dedicated webpage set up (which is now no longer working) where he was offering all kind of his prototypes for sale. So he might still have some if you are interested...
