I am thinking that the 12-string is a Gibson, mainly from the pickguard, but could not be sure...

That would have been about '66. A GREAT year for pop music. 8) In the year after I got my first steel string guitar ('81), I would go around to libraries looking for old charts of all the stuff I always loved when I was a kid. This was one of the first I found and even pretty easy to play!
