Seems to be a design available on clothing from https://www.redbubble.com/ TinEye doesn't give me enough to guess where the Guild came from but my guess is that it is a RedBubble original.

Okay, I didn't get any of this and figured I missed the joke entirely, and I was focusing on the Guild. Then I read, "Shaka, when the walls fell." and made the Star Trek reference, and THEN I looked at the faces. I haven't had my coffee yet.....

Ah--my absolute favorite NG episode! One of my friends didn't understand it and I explained:
"Would you understand an instance of petty greed if I said it was like 'Lucy and Ethel and the washing machine'?".
I was puzzled at first at this until I saw the "SHAKA when the walls fell". The Smothers Guild thing is pure icing on the cake!
