X-500? X-700? Can you tell the two apart by looking?

Of course the real question is; what is Dane doing watching Mr. Rogers?

Slow day at work?

The 2002 Fender catalog that I have says Joe Negri has an Artist Award model, so I think he was a Guild fan. :D

He was always a bit of an icon here in the Pittsburgh area, occasionally showing up on locally-produced TV shows playing a guitar.

Then on to Handiman Negri.

FYI, Johnny Costa, the piano player, together with Fred Rogers wrote most if not all of the Mr. Rogers show music.

Johnny played all of the show's background music.

I think the rest of the guys in that video were the house band for the WQED Public Television station in Pittsburgh, which produced the Mr. Rogers Neighborhood show.

I always watched Mr. Rogers while I ate breakfast (at noon) while I still had television. I saw this episode once and had been trying hard to find it since then. There was a slow day of which was taken full advantage to find above clip.

I always thought of Joe Negri as a Jazz player... and I'm thinking I've been watching him my entire life. All these guys were fixtures on the local Pittsburgh TV.
