That gentleman is Joe Negri and he was a noted Jazz musician. He played multiple Guilds both electric and acoustic and spoke highly of Guild guitars.
No guess on guitar

And I think his X500 Guild was referred to as a "Timex" by technicians he worked with. He had some fancy customs made and one he played mostly was a D'Angelico.

It's deep in there, but he says it is a "Guild Stuart X-500".

Thanks, you saved me from digging that up. Joe Negri gave guitar lessons at Carnegie Mellon University into his '90s. His Guild was what he took when he was "slumming" it. But he did call it a great guitar.
