I believe the early Foxey Lady's were a relabeled EHX "Triangle" Big Muff, those early triangle Muff's bring pretty good $$$ and usually sell in the $300-$500 range. This appears to be a later pedal as all the knobs are in a straight line, not sure on the value, but the asking price seems really steep even if it was in pristine condition.
