guild F5ET-NT

Anyone know how much an F5ET-NT should sell for? I saw one and the guy wanted 450.00 for it. It's in good condition. The bindings around the sides seem a little loose.Might need some glueing,but other than that,not in bad shape. It seems to play well.

My friend has an F-5CE, if it's like that its easy worth $450.00 Don't expect great acoustic sound from it though, its made to be plugged in.
