It certainly looks to be in excellent shape. And it's apparently pretty rare, especially with that label referencing Gruhn. That's a pretty hefty price tag though -- more than I paid for my New Hartford-built F50R that's in mint condition. Of course, I'm in the U.S., and I got a great deal on that besides.

Bottom line, I think you ought to go ahead and buy it. :D

It looks like a mahogany back, behind the label in your first photo. And yes, I realize the back is laminated, but it should be the same type of wood on the outer & inner layers of the back.
Got a suspicion you knew this and just had a brain fart, but that only applies to the arched backs. Flat backs are always solid, which is what Gardman and Richard were getting at..

Since you can't play it, do you know what to ask the seller regarding the neck angle and bridge/saddle height? That'd at least tell you whether the guitar is already in need of some serious work or not.

I suspect you'd love the tone even if it wasn't in top condition, we "hear" that all the time.
