For what it is it's fine. I mean, you won't confuse this with a USA D 40 or D 50 or anything like that. But I think someone looking for a low priced guitar for whatever reason could do a whole lot worse than this. Also, to me at least, that Ebony grain is pretty attractive and it comes with factory installed electronics as well. All in all, not a bad offering at all.

I have the from Walmart OM-140.....which has been a very nice surprise.
