Hi capriboy,
From what I recall, 1963 was a bit of a crossover year for pickguard styles with Guild. I think that from about '59 to '64, Guilds had a smooth, rounded Epiphone-style pickguard with a little chevron icon. It looked like this:

The 50s pickguards were generally 8-ply B&W laminated pickguards with no icon at all. They eventually became clear acrylic, painted black on the back with the little chevron screened on first and visible from the front.
And although the rounded chevron type appeared up to about '64, I think that they started to phase in the more common stairstep-style around '63-'64, especially on Starfires. The chevron was eventually replaced with a little shining star.
And on both rounded- and stairstep-styles, they sometimes had a thin pinstripe running around the outside like this:

As with other guitar companies trying to use up old stock, Guilds often came out of the factory with varying appointments. You'll also find them mismatched on used examples.
I think the correct one for yours is the one in the first link. I had a '64 with the same pickguard.
Hope this helps, enjoy your CE-100, and welcome to the forum!
