Thanks all! I'm impressed people actually read it all. Believe it or not it's probably 2000 words shorter than it was thanks to having a mentor beat into me that too many words is bad. It's still too many words, but it used to be WAY too many words.

This guitar pulled me deep down into the obsessive part of my brain, mostly because I got so frustrated at not being able to take the pictures I wanted. Once that happened I did what I do, and set out to learn how, only to learn that I probably couldn't, which made me need to know why, which I then felt the need to explain to the world.
