What is the main difference between this and Paloma?

Shape is obvious - but what next?

The incomplete and not always correct serial number document online at Guild says the last serial for a 1993 CE100 is LB000069 and the last serial for CE100/CE100(HG) in 1995 is AC100023. Any conclusions about production numbers based on serial numbers will have to explain LG000104 and its absence from the chart and when the shift from LG to AC occurred.

And that, gentle readers, is a story for another day (or Vol. II). :)

It's a shame they made so few of the CCE-100. They have a great acoustic sound as well as when amplified!

I guess one can ask what he wants, so listing for $2,500 does not mean it sells for that price...$850 sounds more like it might sell.

The January and April 1993 price lists showed:

Much more popular models like the D-30, DV-52 and D-50 sold for around the same price level in 1993:

So you could check Reverb for sold listings of DV-52HG or D-30 or D-50 from that era (1990-1995) and see what the price range might be.
The CCE-100 is certainly a model that has a very limited interest, so prices might be way below a DV-52HG or D-50 in my opinion.

Mind that the labels often showed C100E-NT (for natural top), so you might not find info under CCE-100 but C100E-NT or C100-E NT or even CL-E-NT, all the same CCE-100 model! At that time the Guild people who wrote the labels often mixed up internal numbers with numbers marketing had created. People in the Westerly factory called her mostly C100-E. And as already mentioned, you see 104 in the middle, so more than 100 made...

Here is another one for your records Ralf.
I don't keep records of those, but that is one of the later models (AC prefix) where they finally wrote on the label what marketing had initially called the model! (CCE-100)
But once the label was right marketing went backwards in the serial number list and called it a CE100! Crazy, isn't it?

Number 96 is listed now. Pretty looking guitar and reasonable asking price with make an offer.
