Anyone got info on this one. Just picked her up & my son is cleaning her up & new strings. I got her for $160 USA - sounds good & we been wanting to add a 12 stringer to our collection. What I found on the innerweb confused me. So I’m reaching out to those with more knowledge than me. Thanks for any info on this one.

Welcome to LTG. Sorry to say, but that is not a Guild made guitar. Both the label and the headstock decal are very bad fakes. I hope you can return the guitar to the seller who sold you a very clear fake. Where did you get it from? Which state or town? Never seen that kind of model before. We have seen a lot of fake Guild guitars many years ago, but not that same kind. It's most probably some very cheap Chinese made guitar. You might also want to report it to Guild.
