Saw him back in '06? in Kilkenny - great gig, had the whole pub singiing to 'Drink a little poison' 8)
Said he was based in New Orleans at the time and was hard at it landscaping gardens just after the flood. Fond of a whiskey then too as you can hear in his smokey vocal - sound lad all up :wink:

I saw him down at the Lillian Cafe in Lillian, Alabama this past April. Then I got a video of the movie "Love Song for Bobby Long"; an independent film starring John Travolta. Great flick.
Seems Grayson Capp's daddy wrote a book by the same title and it was turned into a screen play. Grayson wrote a couple of the tunes in the movie and made a cameo appearance; naturally playin' in the local bar.
It's a "must see" movie I think ya'll would enjoy.
