Hi Guys,
So I got my '73 S-100 a week ago.

I've set her up as good as I can,
but I think it's time to take her into the pro's for the finishing touch.

I think she could use to get her frets punched down at the edges a bit, leveling, crowing, and dressing.

Can someone please recommend a luthier they would trust on their vintage machine?
I don't want someone who would use glue, of take too much down.

Smutty pictures to come ;) hehe

Thanks, Tomek

HI Steffan!
I was hoping you'd chime in! :D

I've heard "N.J.A.M.S" is not what it used to be, so I'm scared to go there.

I'd love to take you up on your offer, but I don't drive, so it may pose a challenge.
Perhaps I'll take the bus out next weekend, and you could take me to him! hehe

Checkin' my options..

I'll keep in touch!

Cheers, Tomek

He's the best in Vancouver, I've heard he's one of the best in North America - I just got my DV-73 back from him - amazing work.

NJAMS remains a great guitar and amp store - Paul Iverson does most of the NJAMS luthiery - he's very good, but Eiichi Ishikawa is a cut above.

Thanks for the good advice Everyone.

Looks like I'll be going with either Steve at Act One or Ishikawa-san at Shuriya.
Gonna make some phone calls this week. I also need to get a new nut put in my Ibanez.

Keep ya posted,
Tomek.
