I saw it elsewhere a few days ago. The guy tossed onto the sidewalk had allegedly assaulted a GC employee, and grabbed an acoustic guitar (while being forcibly evicted from the store) as a weapon. He was not attempting to shoplift the guitar.
A longer version of this clip shows the ejected guy motionless on the sidewalk for a long time. I wouldn't be surprised if the store employee who put him in a choke hold might have some legal liability for causing injury.
