Gene Autry - Musicmaster, Anybody have any ideas?

Wierd question for the Guild site, but, most helpful group I know who knows and understands guitars. (And geezerdom) My very first guitar was an Eminee Gene Autry guitar made of injection molded plastic with western motif bas relief. I've acqired one from which I plan to remove the figures and apply them to the body of a recently acquired 1958 Fender Musicmaster body like in my avatar. Sort of a tribute to my early guitar days.

Question: Does anyone have any cool ideas about how to attach the reliefs to the body in a durable way?

Plastic to wood? Some type of epoxy cement?

Goop, I use the marine stuff on my little motorhome,,,it may outlast you! Test it first to make sure it doesn't damage the plastic. Steffan
