Fun Musical Puzzle To Test Your Ear

I got Mark Knopfler, Jimi Hendrix, and Eddie Van Halen though I'm not a fan. I think there was another but I've forgotten

I should've gotten at least half of them because once he played them, they were instantly recognizable solos that I'd heard many, many times. Probably the short snippets like that is what made them so hard for me to identify.

There are several, I'd say, that I hadn't heard, but I was at least familiar with most of the players, if not all. Eddie Van Halen's tone, for instance, instantly stood out even though I'm not a fan of his style or music. The same statement applies to Mark Knopfler and Jimi Hendrix, though I like them just fine😊
 
I got most of the ones for artists I am familiar with, or like. Obviously there are songs that were played that I've heard of, but I never sat through them long enough to hear the solo. Eight, maybe. I got Van Halen though, but it wasn't fair, because every note he played sounded like that.
 
I only got Knopfler, Van Halen, and Joe Walsh. I think I would have done better if the list of guitarists was given to choose from. Either way, it was fun.
