He's no dummy for sure. Can you imagine writing a 5 page paper (who knows where he published it), then being contacted by the Department of Defense?

On a side note, Baxter is not only involved in missile defense, but I've read that he's very involved in sonar and tracking submarines. Again, sound and frequencies.

I can't either Walrus.......just plain rude in my view. I liken it to people listening to their stereo on the golf course..........you know.........that I don't care, so nobody needs to hear or concentrate attitude.
