According to Guild literature, the ones on the NS hollowbodies are supposedly V and the ones in the M-75's Alnico II.
I'm not aware of anyone having researched the originals deep enough to know what Alnico grade they had, assuming they even consistently used the same grade over the 9- to ten year period Guild used them...
