Hi John,

I believe the Hoboken years were '56 to '69. To date it accurately, check the serial no. against the info on the Guild website.

I have a '65 F-30. Great guitar. I prefer its shorter scale to the later ('70s onwards) models - easier for my hands, warmer sound, though the later models sound great too (they have a touch more presence/zing). Great all-rounder. Arguably THE small bodied folk/blues guitar of the 60s. Paul Simon played a rosewood version. I'd buy another in a heartbeat. If this one is in good playing condition that's a great price for a Hoboken (I paid $1000 for mine). If it's to your taste, jump on it. Good luck!
