Ephiphone Les Paul Junior (57 RI)
Very sweet guitars, but I have P90 terrain well covered. Guitar is in very good to excellent shape & was recently set up by Rob DiStefano. This has a Gibby P90 (or so I was told from the previous owner... it's definitely a good sounding P90 & not the stock P100). Comes with a very nice SKB hard shell case that alone runs around $100.

$400 shipped/Paypal to lower 48.

Nice, I didn't realise Epi did set-neck Juniors, all the ones I've seen were bolt-on... :!:

Thanks... yeah, this was a short-lived and somewhat recent Epiphone Custom Shop model. Speculation is that it was too close to the real deal so Gibson quickly cut them off. I like these better than the current production satin finish Gibson Juniors, and it's real close to a 2001 Gibson Jr. I had. That was a killer guitar too, and I sold it to a friend that plays out with it frequently live. I'd keep this, but I just don't need it because I have this (and another single P90 type guitar):

I have the same '57 reissue set-neck Epi Les Paul Jr. as Mr. Fungusyoung, also with a Gibson P-90 in it. Great guitar. The seller also included the original P-100 pickup. Mine has amber top hat knobs and a bubble in the finish on the top edge. I previously had one of the cheaper bolt-neck, humbucker Epi Les Paul Juniors. which I sold when I bought the '57 reissue one, and the difference between the two was incredible.

I wonder why Epiphone doesn't go all the way with their supposed "reissue" guitars. Why not put P-90s in the '57 reissue, or the 1966 G-400 (SG) when the original SG it's supposedly based on has P-90s.
