It’s a homemade soldering gun using an old doorbell transformer I believe.

I love the Merritt (almost as much as the Hutch) in the off-hours. It's the ramps I hate. It's a beautiful drive....as long as there aren't any other cars on it.

Your assuming the engineer designed a drain. Maybe it's the vent for the drain system to let the air out when the water floods in the REAL drains.
