I'm sure there is no real $$ value here, so lets have some fun and do a "trade". I don't use capos, so please no trade offers for other capos. Other than that, pretty much open to anything guitar related.

These look like they may be for nylon stringed instruments (presumably classical guitars in the Guild universe)?
I only suggest that because they look more like my classical guitar capo (soft, woven strap around the back of the neck) than they look like any steel string capo I've seen

Short answer is it is one of two names for a NJ delicacy and it is nominally on the menu when LTG-NJ happens.

LTG-NJ is a gathering of LTG, and other friends, centered around GAD's and Grot's collections.

Is the bottom one for a 12-String?

Yes. When I started on 12 string, mid-'60s, the double elastic was the only capo that would work on a 12. The single ones were fine on 6ers and less likely to do damage than the clamp on one's back then. May still have one around somewhere, but not a Guild label.
