Selling my 1997 DV52 NT with satin finish. Excellent condition and you would be challenged to find a negative in its build.
It has very low action (my choice) and plays easily and sounds wonderful.
Selling to fund a 1987 GF60 rosewood I just committed to. This will be the only place it will be listed. I will ship in the CONUS, only and would prefer shipping in 40⁰ plus weather. I will deliver or meet within a 100 miles of Nashville, TN. I will ship for $1100 and deliver for $1050. Original Hardshell Case and always stored in case in 45 - 60 percent humidity.
If you more pictures PM and tell me what you want.
Edit to add that it is pure acoustic goodness--no pickups nor have there ever been any electronics. The two parties who seemed very interested cooled when they found out no electronics. Agree, electronics can be a plus for gigging but I was thinking with today's mics any sound up to within 18"-24" away would be amplified.
One more week.

Ralph, I made myself a rule I try to stick to.
I do not need the money, but I try to limit myself to seven nice acoustics. And I have seven and the GF60R makes right. If the DV52 doesn't sell in a couple weeks, I will keep it and put another nice acoustic up.
Just try to keep enough in GAS to "buy" when I find another nice one. And sometimes, a little voice inside my head days, "it's time to sell one and buy another."
I will regret but will move on.

I surely wish I had your discipline. Rich Cohen is another member who seems to be able to do this as well. I never learned and I'm too old to change now.

Admittedly, I like your approach better, but with Ham Radio and all its gear that I, also, love, I have something I can play and enjoy and something I can communicate with if modern communication goes belly up for some reason

Well, I've been able to keep to that maxim...mostly because my spouse would give me a lot of grief. Also, depending on the "voice in my head," it can turn out to whittle down my bank balance too much!

Good luck on the sale Shelby!

Technically, if you "try" to limit it to seven, but fail, you have not broken your rule.
I knew there was something I liked about you awagner - your superior reasoning skills. I will give it two weeks to LTG members.

This one looks like a winner to me, and this is a really good price. I say that, because I have sold a couple of these above the 1,200 dollar price point. So this is a nice deal for any LTG members looking. Can't wait to see pictures of the GF60r, congrats Shelby!

If I could comfortably play dreads I’d grab this one in a heartbeat. However, I can’t so I don’t and I won’t, but somebody here really should!

Great deal on a great dread! Haven't seen so many later ones with satin finish. Want a nice rosewood dreadnaught with deluxe appointments; buy this!

Ha. It is in it's second day of a three day rotation and still sounds magistical. We have all sold guitars we wished we would have kept but I will stand by what I said. It is to help replenish my GAS money for the GF60 I will be receiving in couple weeks.

not to mention the GF60 will far outshine the DV52. 😀
