Every once in awhile a GREAT idea comes along, and Guitars For Vets is one of them. You know that's the case when every single person you tell about it says "Wow-that's a great idea!"

Thanks for all your kind comments, folks. This thing just sorta took off here, now I'm busier than a one-armed guitar player! The good news is I have about ten volunteer instructors and 8-9 donated guitars decent enough for the Vets to practice on, so it's not like we're lacking for resources. People here are really getting behind it, and we've handed out 13 guitars here so far. The next class of six is filled and starts next month.
