From the size I would guess F-212. Could be an F-312, but my guess is 212.

I await being corrected.

looks like a F212 to me. that outfit he is wearing should have been illegal

At one point you can see him finger a first position D chord, so my guess would be either standard tuning down a step or just with a dropped D on the sixth string.

It looks like he hits the open 6th string with that D shape. I say it's drop D tuned down a full step.

The video is from 1972, but having no Chesterfield the guitar seems to be a pre-1968 F-212.

Is this possibly a Madiera guitar?
No, you can clearly see the Guild logo on the headstock in some scenes. It's an early model as it predates the Chesterfield inlay and, not sure, but may have the Kluson tuners as well.
