Back then, as other 'geezers will agree, there was no MTV or Youtube, so what you saw was what came on Ed Sullivan or Shindig or ("Shudder!") Hullabaloo. Only magazine worth reading was Hit Parader, and you got lyrics to tunes as well...(who else might have interviewed Mike Bloomfield about what gear he used with Butter?)
I look back with warm nostalgia...then...think of some unmentionable thing that must have happened to three 14-year-old (or there abouts) girls who thought hey could break into the big time Where are these ladies now?
