DavismanLV Re;
They did some really good music.

You know I love you, but SOME good music?

The disco sucked but they were talented songwriters;
I started a joke.
Baby come back.
How can you mend a broken heart.
Lonely days lonely nights.
Sad Eyes.

If you are just getting introduced to them I highly advise listening to the list. Especially "How can you mend a broken heart?"

Scott, I grew up with the Bee Gees.... and I even like a lot of their disco/dance stuff too.

So, okay..... a LOT of good music. My bad. Thanks for calling me on my mistake. :oops:

+4 on the Bee Gees. "Trafalgar" one of the best albums ever in my opinion, and so many have never even heard of it.

And how many for Barry's?
Only his hairdresser knows.

I was going to link the 'Stayin' Alive' vid but started laughing as the three big-hair man-dudes were filmed walking down some nasty street as if they were a menacing force to be reckoned with ... and the vid is now fronted by a VW commercial trying to get other man-dudes interested in the re-styled VW bug ... Enjoyed their early work.

Barry Gibb plays a Guild. So far I've seen him with a Songbird and a D55. It's an interesting show. They did some really good music. For example: http://youtu.be/ykU8iSKkJR0 Tom in Vegas
They actually released a Barry Gibb signature Songbird in greenish aqua. We've seen a couple posted in ads in the last couple of years.

I KNEW there was another one missing. How could I forget a whole state?
That appears to be the original(when the eponymous album hit, anyway) band, too!
