Did Guild ever use this kind of Lifton?

Whoops. I erased the pics of the case.

Yes, that's my devil dog. He looks like an overgrown wienie dog and blasts out from under furniture, so I call him "Torpedo."

My AKC stuff is pretty limited but would it be fair to say that Torpedo is a Pure Mixed?

Johannes,

His body looks like purebred Corgi. But his face looks like a Beagle crashed the party.

He's headstrong and conniving. You can tell when he's plotting something, but he does that only when he's awake.

The people who lost him didn't want him back. So I don't think they "lost" him accidentally.

Hi Torpedo; my name is CrimeDog and I am a pure mxed dog; this is what I look like - the guy is the background is named Juan:

In my early years, I was a companion to a young boy who died at age 10 or 11. His death pretty well shattered the family and they were moving so I was left behind in a no-kill shelter. I was given a try-out or two at a couple of homes but they didn't work out. I have a nice way with people and befriended the teenager who worked at the shelter after school.

When Juan's wife Lane came to look for a dog, he suggested that she take me home. I'm a little hard on the eyes and she was looking for a more 'traditional-looking' dog. Anyway, the young guy convinced her to give me a try. For the last 8 years, it's worked out pretty good; Juan is a crappy guitar player which, since my hearing is pretty bad, doesn't matter as much as it used to but I like this Florida thing; no up and down steps and since I can't hear very well, not even the thunderstorms bother me any more.

Darryl says you are a conniver; I've had good luck with 'charm' - I sez "whatever works". Nice to meet you Torpedo;

CrimeDog

CD,

I'm a crappy player too. I had a dog that stayed by my side at all places and all times except when I played catarrh, and then she retreated to the other end of the house.

Hey Torpedo: I'll tell ya how bad it got. I'd start doing my tired old stuff and CrimeDog would come with 'Give it rest, wouldya?' or 'No not again?' ... then he'd just go off somewhere and giggle. Juan

Maybe a little Bean-O in his chow might buffer some of that ... :oops: :roll:

So THAT explains it !! E.C. had a little windy problem !
Hi Coastie; that fix would depend on whether Graham's dog can read or not - I mean, I'm not saying he can't mind you, but this one just goes in the chow mix:
