Dating Guild by serial number

Hi ,
I just bought a Guild Bluesbird with serial number CH 000653.
The seller said the Guild was from the year 2002 made by Fender , is that correct ?
I have found the Guild serial dating site , but I do not find anything about the serial number starting with CH ?

The serial number is #CM000653 and the instrument was completed during the year 2003.

Fender would have owned Guild at that time. That guitar would have been built in the Guild/Fender factory in Corona, CA.

Depends. You have the serial number, you have the neck block and sometimes there is the rim so that is potentially three.
