And speaking of blind mando players with unusual styles...that brings to mind Kenny Hall...http://kennyhallband.com/

In years past, sat in on many a session with Kenny and his wife Marta and others...lots of great music.

The man's pushing 90 years old now and apparently he's still playing. Good for him!

I thought it looked like he was blind, & he reminded me of Jeff Healey, the blind blues rocker.

Kenny Hall is a legend(deservedly) in Old Time mandolin circles.
