Play it in good health!
I would say 'Play it in good faith!', but I guess the church already bought it in good faith!
Sincerely,

Actually I hope it does find it's way into the Sunday School class as long as it's being played by a competent musician.
That’s a fine guitar made for the stage. I really wished the one I bought from GC wasn’t a complete wreck.
That’s what made me return that DC5E. Not one but TWO cracks from the fretboard to the sound hole so it was a ticking time bomb which made me a bit sad seeing this was supposed to be a pretty well spec’d out guitar. How funny, I bought a DCE-3 that arrived the other day from GC....stated as "EXCELLENT". Finally got there yesterday...I always have them delivered to the store in Syracuse where there is a pretty good crew there. Arrived w/no case and was pretty rough....If it wasn't for the crack from fretboard to soundhole I may have chanced it but it didn't sound good either.
It was 1972 and a buddy and I offered up some basic lessons based on the music we have been playing in church for several years. A young boy about 9 or 10 comes in followed by mom, dragging an old tweed looking hard case. Mom says " Grandpa is letting junior (sorry I have forgotten the young ones name) use the guitar he bought. Case opens to display a pre-war Martin 000 with obvious wear but obviously cared for as well. We had to gently tell mom that perhaps Jr should have a nice Yamaha to learn on and save Grandpa's guitar for a little later when he is "better prepared". (and big enough to actually carry it and care for it......)
