So I had all the ingredients and made a big pot of Chili, currently boiling down.

3 lb. ground chuck, 1 lb. breakfast sausage, tomatoes, 9 different kinds of peppers, red onions, garlic, cilantro, fresh lime juice, cumin, a little salt, lots of coarse ground black pepper, some water to thin out the sauce a little bit so it's not just chunky.

Will serve with salt-free tortilla chips, sour cream, and Franks.
