What a spectacular talent!! Nice 'G' spot scottyF50R; having missed the 'G' when I first saw it, I'm now down doing a few Canadian pushups...

Now I have clue. I was at a guitar shop in NVA a month ago, and there was a young man playing the guild guitar in this style with his mother watching. I walked over to him and struck up a conversation with him. He was intensely interested how harmonic the guitar could be. He talked about how he was interested in percussion playing on the guitar body in combination with playing harmonics. He tried about about 7-8 guitars, Martins, Guild, Yamaha, and some others. He said he owned a number of guitars already. His mother was really looking proud of him. He actually was very good. He was around 18 or 19 years old and he mentioned Erik Mongrain as his inspiration. He asked me if I had ever heard of him and I told him, "no". Now I understand, very cool. 8)

I checked out his other vids and he was using a rainsong in them. That guitar sounds really cool and its all graphic, that nearly blew me away. A guitar made out of graphic that could sound like that. Has anyone actually played one? Really curious, a "green" guitar in the making? 8) Now I am not ready to throw out my wood guitars yet.
