Case era question

I ordered this used D-25 case and was wondering if anyone knew what time period it was made.

That's a case from the 90's. Made by TKL of Canada.

Well it looks like I’m not getting it. I have a strong feeling that they either never had it, or didn’t put any effort into looking for it after having to absorb the cost of return shipping. There are reasons I came to that conclusion but I do t feel like typing it all out. Well this turned out to be a bummer. At least I’ll get my money back when they get their case back.
