Calling Spiderman!

I've tentatively ID'ed this capture from last night as a Hobo Spider.
Can you confirm or deny, please? Seems they've become part of the landscape in the Pacific Northwest.

This one had a span of 2-2 1/2" and walked right up to me as I was minding my own business.

I'm torn between it being a hobo or a giant house spider (real name). Hobo sounds more exciting! :laughing:

I flipped it over tonight and had a close-up look at the sternum....it's a Giant House Spider, not a Hobo.

Brad was right about the lack of a bindle, :witless:
