Saw this video of the Mannish Boys with the lead guitarist Frank Goldwasser playing a goldtop Bluesbird. Sounds pretty good to me.

His name is Frank Goldwasser, and he actually lives here in Portland, OR. His nickname is "Paris Slim," and he's a big Guild fan. I think he's French and moved here to the states a while back. He still pretty active and tours quite bit.

I bought mini-humbuckers from him that came from this Starfire IV for my Starfire III. We talked about gear a little, and I recall he was a pretty nice guy.
