The other weird thing is the pic was taken in a large, empty parking lot. There was one photo where you can see the guys car with the truck lid open. Just odd.

Hmmm. I wonder if it was some kind of attempt to document ownership or the transaction?. I'm a buyer, afraid the goods might be stolen, am paranoid enough to not trust the seller's ID and so ask for a pic with the seller and instrument so I have something the show the police when they come to confiscate my guitar and prosecute me for possessing stolen goods? You need a paranoid buyer and a good natured seller to make this plausible but stranger things have happened.

I'd say he was "planking" but he's upside down for that!

He's wearing a "Jesuit" T-shirt, but I can't see how that matters. I think GGJ covers it nicely with "Just odd."
