My Br is the only one I play. The other is my wife’s. I don’t do well with a lot of options.

I haven’t been around the forum for a while, but hadn’t your Br taken a back seat to a F-30R for a while?

Lately my M-20 gets most of the attention, but that has a lot to do with where it is hanging in the house, and where I spend most of my time.

It did when I as struggling with right shoulder pain, yes, and the F30r basically fixed that. I prefer the sound of the Br and I am just so used to it, it really is my main guitar. My wife now plays the F30r, which she likes as she is shorter etc...

Ah, yeah I do remember the shoulder detail now. Great that you were able to get enough rest/recovery to go back to the Br!
Oh yeah Marius...The F30r was solely to be able to keep playing, but the older I get, the less I like rosewood as a tonewood. I should have bought Bonneville's burst F30 standard, that look awesome.

I consider owning only one guitar(regardless of what it is) to be anti-American and I refuse to be a part of it.
I usually hover around 20-25 or so. I currently only have three Guild acoustics and one electric but for many years I only had one Guild, my trusty surf green Corona Guild D25. The other 20+ guitars are various Fenders, Gibson, Nash, Charvel, Mosrite, Taylor or Martin etc…I don’t discriminate but I do love the Guilds most.

I have two - D25M and D15. Gave the DV52 to my son.

I mainly play the D25M - it has huge sound, big bass, and sustain all the way into next week.

I lead singing in the Alzheimer's units with the D25M.

My D15 was my most recent acquisition and I’m really loving it. Seems to be very similar to the Westerly D25 with the arched back but all mahogany with no binding. My D25 is all mahogany too but it is the Corona era with flat back, all solid wood. Both great guitars, the D15 is louder I think due to the arched back. Does your D25 have the same arched back your D15 does?

I've got five now, but I'll be brutally honest, I tend to play just one these days and it's been that way for about 8 months now. But as Frono pointed out in a thread a while back, expensive "boutique" guitars target a specific market, and he is correct. It's really not fair to compare mass produced guitars with guitars that are essentially hand built, and in the building, in which great time and effort to build just one guitar, price is reflected. I simply can not walk past my D1A and not pick it up, but it exceeds absolutely everything I've ever wanted in a guitar. The other four? Well they do get played, but only occasionally.

I know many of you have many different Guild acoustics. Over the years., accumulating etc. I saw how Brick has 3 he keeps in a constant rotation. Does anyone have just the one?

Just wondering.

I have 5 acoustic guitars, one of which is a 1980 Guild D50. I bought it new in 1981 and it's my favorite guitar. It's in excellent (near new) condition, and sounds and plays great. I love it! I'd love a Guild 12 String, but the price of them led me to a Taylor. One of these days I will upgrade to a Guild.

I own only one - a 1983 D-25 SB. Bought it when I got my first permanent job.

I love the sound, but I admit that if I was in the market for an acoustic today, I would not buy a dreadnaught.

I only own one Guild and it's my main guitar, a D-40 (Traditional). It gets about 95% of the play time. I've been trying to sell a bass I never use, a small body I don't play and my LL16 so fund one guitar from that, like a L-00 Studio or something. I'd like a Gibson but I'm afraid anything a buy just won't get played much, the bar is too high with my Guild honestly. So then I start thinking "why am I even bothering". I like the idea of being just a single guitar man, but a small body short scale would be nice too.

My only Guild. I bought this D-40 in 1978 in Santa Barbara. Came across this group researching a possible D-55 purchase so the guild portion of my guitar family might double soon.

Welcome to LTG! I hope you're able to score the D-55. They are pretty awesome! Be sure to let us know if it happens and good luck!
