He was recommended to me by Hideglue here on the forum, and I called him up. My experience was great. He was straightforward, honest and quick. I'd have no qualms recommending him... I believe he used to work at Guild in Westerly.

Search on Ken Nash turns up several pages all of which seem to say: a) He worked in Westerly; b) He's good; and c) He's busy.

So I would expect him to be honest and honorable but not necessarily as responsive as you would like.

I don't know how New London is doing after the freak storm, but there are several folks I know in Connecticut who still do not have power and consequently do not respond to email or any means of communication that requires a working internet connection.

I won't say it :wink: but I am thinking it, but I do expect he will eventually come through for you.

He's on the short list for a couple of my guitars that need neck resets. Fixit is also on the list, but I haven't contacted him yet. I just hate the thought of shipping anything!

Southeastern CT (New London County) got little-to-no accumulation last week, so our area was never burdened with mass outages.

I've receitly bought some parts from him, both in person, and by internet. No problems! I meet him while in CT for LMG II. He worked for Guild Westerly. I believe he said in the eightys.

Ken ran the Factory Repair Dept. from late Eighties thru mid-Nineties.
