Just doesn't seem to get much better than this.....George Strait and his D100C. I'm sorta partial to Mr. Strait cuz he's a neighbor here in Boerne, TX and because he's partial to Guild.

Why take the chance of something happening to a beautiful guitar like his D-100 when you can always
tour with a free Taylor.

I believe there was a recent Texas PSA with George where he had his Guild in hand.

EDIT: Can't seem to find it, but there was some type of commercial with him and his Guild.

We had a thread on this a few years ago. George does play a Taylor at some concerts, but keeps his Guilds at home unless the event is special. On those occasions he breaks out the D-100. Also shows some of his Guild collection off on a local Gov't Motors commercial:

It is that cheesy Chevy commercial that I was thinking of and not the Don't Mess with Texas campaign. Those car commercials really are terrible.
