Yep, Roy can play slide as well as anyone.

I'm always amazed how many guitar players haven't heard of him.

His records with Norton Buffalo are great. 8)

FNG, I've tried it a few different tunings but the result has always been the same, I should probably learn some moves from someone who actually knows what they're doing...I can do it a little but I find it real difficult to land in exactly the right place with the slide every time.

Sounds like perfect justification for me to go and see Bonnie Raitt and Taj Mahal when they play here later this summer :D

THAT very same video turned me on some time ago, to the idea of owning an el cheapo, ladder braced guitar !!

Eventually bought one on Ebay, and had it shipped to West, in order to have it shipped to me. He's currently playing the position markers off it !!
