Hey everyone, new member here.

Does anyone happen to know what the neck radius would be on a 99 Starfire IV?

Thanks!

Greetings, welcome to our little slice of internet heaven. Can't answer your question, but there surely is someone here who can.

I don't know the actual value but they are slim. Interestingly of all the various Guild guitar models of Starfires 4 & 5's that I have played from the late 60s, 70's, 90s and 2000s have all had a similar feel. I have not played a Starfire from the 1980's so that is the unknown. I definitly like the 1980's models and they look slick without the pickguard.

I am talking about the fretboard.... the curve. This guitar has been my number 1 since I got it and I love the neck. I am getting ready to have a Tele made and I want to get close to the Guild as far as the radius of the fretboard goes. I am guessing it's around 10" but not really sure.

Thanks for the help everyone!

You can measure yourself. Print this out and go to town:

I didn't feel like pulling my strings off, but I'd say it looks closer to 12" than 10".

If anyone knows it's Hans though.
