73 s100,gibson pickups, kill switch wiring ?

New number one , 73 s100 burst,pickups where swapped with gibson paf stickered.
Kill switch installed where phase switch
Used to be,found phase switch in pot cavity
its still wired but dont hear any difference when used. Not sure if wiring incorrect
Any input would be greatly appreciated

Just one observation, the truss rod cover is mounted upside down...

And I found an old wiring diagramm with the 200k tone pots

hello and welcome on board.

Since we do not know how competent you are with electrics - I dare to suggest you make sure the pickup selector is in MID-position and both volumes UP when you test the phase-switch. Also check first that both pickups produce about same level of sound when played separately.

EDIT

Looking again at your pictures - it seems there are pictures from two different guitars - or same guitar before and after pup-exchange. One picture has grey cable coming from pup to phase-reverse switch. Other pictures show braided pup-cables.

Can you pull the plastic tape off so we could see what's in there?

I took some screen shots off internet trying to compare the to set ups when i posted it grabbed 12 photos didnt know how take them off, found out later that gibson paf sticker pickups are 2 wire and be reversed the switch is still there in cavity wired correct me if im wrong, truss rod cover was on that way when I bought it , its got a name engraved on it thanks
