I hate to tell him, but the stock tuners on my '76 D-25M are steady as a rock. When I take her out of her case she rarely needs tuning, so attaching the tuner was pointless.
Reminds me of when the Fonz used to look in the mirror, take out his comb, and then put it right back in his pocket - AAAYYY!
