I know other threads have been similar, but the links in them lead to unavailable items. Perhaps there are more recent options or someone maybe has something. Looking for a hard case with a nice fit for the F-20 I’m having rebuilt. Does not need to be some crazy expensive flight case or anything at that level. I feel like what Guild has on their site is a little too much for what they are. Maybe I’m getting cheap in my old(ish) age.

I seem to recall this was an issue a few years ago and the GADF20/M20 tweed case was suggested, here's an '09 cat page for size specs:

For that matter an Oxnard M20 or M40 case should fit, I think, if cost isn't out of the budget.

They are out of stock and the problem I have is they are double what the same case costs without Guild badging.

I’ve had good luck in the past starting on the TKL website and looking at interior dimensions of their various cases.

In your case the TKL 7876 looks like a good fit. Here is one on Reverb.

The Gator 3/4 Size may be a good fit too.

However, if I were putting the effort and $$ into restoring that F-20, I’d personally spring for the right sized Guild case, either new or period correct.

Suspected both of those might be issues, hopefully the old GAD cases are a more viable option. While I was looking to see if any pop up right away, this '60's case did:

You’re the second person to bring that to my attention, but it has sold.

eBay. Reverb makes you click on it. Then it shows “This item has sold”
Right, but I did in fact click on it....ah, now I see it, although yeah the way it came up made me look twice the first time, but tunnel-visioned in on price and walked right by the "Listing sold" message in the faded out "ignore me gray" bar.

I know there may be a lynch mob forming after I post this, but the cases that Taylor makes are really good. I have my GAD-30R in one, and it fits well. If you can get past the metal Taylor badge, the case itself is really solid, and the case hardware is really good, too (gold in my instance, 5 case latches). Taylor make a variety of guitar body shapes, so they probably have something pretty close in terms of fit. My Taylor case came from one of their 000/OM sized cases, and fits the GAD-30R pretty well. They are NOT light in weight. You may be able to find some older/used Taylor cases for sale.
