1988 GF 60M

So, back from Tom Jacobs and sounding wonderful. This is my newly received GF 60M I bought from Gruhn "as is". It needed a new bridge and bridge plate and also a couple soundboard cracks below the bridge needed to be glued and cleated + of course a set up. The date stamp on the neck block is April 3, 1988

It's a really fine sounding guitar. Now the decision starts for me. Here's a few pics. Nice Maple grain on this one.

Good for you Richard! I'm sure this guitar was a bit special to George, as he designed them. I know he was proud as a Peacock when he allowed us upstairs at his old store at the LTG meet-up back in 2013. A lot of folks think George is a bit on the cranky side, but I found him to be charming!
