1987 Guild JF50 model

I have a chance to buy a very nice guild that is pretty rare. Two years of production 87,88 with 112 guitars built total. It is in, very good, to excellent condition. Has anyone owned/played this model? What do you guys think this guitar is worth?

Hmm. So it's basically an F50R without the bling? Sold reverb listings have F50R's at anywhere from $1500 to $3500. I guess that just makes it real hard to say!

Slash, in the Patience video, and presumably on the Lies album, and subsequent touring until it was broken/destroyed. he had that and a JF-30 also at the time. the 50 is long gone (the 30 auctioned some time ago)

i'd say that's a fair estimate for a nice one. it's more like a D-50 version of an F-50R. I wish these all had the paddle headstocks, but Slash must have loved his snake heads!
